Union Square Townhouses is a 14-unit condominium community housed in two brick buildings on Union Street in Keene.  Each two-story home features two bedrooms, one bath, a full basement, private outside front entrance and private patios in the rear. 

The homes are heated with electricity and a number of upgrades and energy-savings improvements have been accomplished over the years. Each home has one designated parking space and there are extra parking spaces provided. A small garden space is available for each home just beyond the back patio and there are common flower gardens at the end of each of the two buildings.
